I must somehow be living under a rock. To my fellow Trans* Oppos, I hope you had a great weekend and your days are as beautiful as you are!
Also...I totally need new Trans Oppo stickers. I forgot what happened to the one Tucker had and the two new smarts are going to need them too.
Oh, here’s an oldie, but goodie. I was still wearing wigs back then!
Happy International Transgender Day of Visibility! You may now resume your normal Oppo-ing.

Welp, I didn’t even know that day was a thing. Happy belated to y’all!

There are actually a lot of days like this! They don’t get attention though because they aren’t the more commonly-known days like say, Easter, or certain birthdays.

Is this day for automatic trans or manual trans?
(sarcasm)

There’s a trans bathroom joke to me made here. I’m sure that’s why you posted it so I won’t bother to come up with one.
I’m just glad it’s not one of those CVTs. They make me sick.

Normal? That’s not how I like to Oppo at all.

Hey I was wondering if you could help me out with something. I don’t know who else to ask and my Google-fu sucks. It’s trans related, and since you’re our resident guru!
What does “switch” mean?

Hiya!! That’s an interesting question! I’m not well-versed in trans slang outside of the more common stuff like “chaser” (a pickup artist with a fetish for trans people; typically rape fantasies) or “trap” (a trans woman that is indistinguishable from a cis woman, but has a penis), and so on.
Where did you hear the word from? Maybe context may help me figure it out. lol
Urban Dictionary did spit this out:

Oh interesting I’d never heard either of those words before. The LGBT community here is thriving so I cross paths with openly trans people frequently, like probably at least on a weekly basis. This particular word was used by someone describing themselves. I thought it rude to ask for clarification on the term.
